It is a Web-based tele-dentistry consultation system developed for use by dentists. The system enables referring dentists to send a consult, including dental images and radiographs, for a specialist second opinion, via the Internet. The specialist reviews the consult and provides the diagnosis and treatment plan. It increases patient access to quality dental care.
Actual treatment services (Fixed Orthodontic Treatment (FOT), Rotary Root Canal Treatment (RCT) etc) can also be done by our specialists at your clinic, if need be.
Tele-dentistry now allows a whole new way of providing this specialist advice with the added benefit of an on-the-job training effect through interaction between the generalist and specialists.
